To mark Holocaust Memorial Day, ABS-CBN presents an unique ‘film in concert’ premiere of Quezon’s Game. This feature movie recounts the untold story of over one thousand German Jews who escaped the horrors of the Holocaust and found refuge in the Philippines. The multi-award winning Quezon’s Game, awarded Best Foreign Film at the 52nd WorldFest International Independent Film Festival, chronicles the fight of Manuel Quezon, the first President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, to open his nation’s doors to Jewish refugees.
The unique premiere and cultural event will feature a live orchestral performance of the film’s score from the Covent Garden Sinfonia, as well as much-anticipated live performances from Shulem, the first ever Hasidic singer to be signed by Universal Records and the voice of the Quezon’s Game’s stunning soundtrack, and Rachel Alejandro.
Presented by ABS-CBN Europe Ltd.
